Culinary Center & Instructional Kitchen

The Culinary Center will be a code-compliant culinary facility offering culinary instruction, a community kitchen for farm-to-table growers, and a catering facility for events held at the Thorne Building. 


Features include:

  • Video broadcast to access instruction from around the world

  • Individualized workstations with flexible power feeds to accommodate different uses of space

  • Professional dry and wet cooking zones with commercial equipment including ovens, ranges, ventilation hoods, warming ovens, refrigeration, and washing equipment
