at the Thorne Building Community Center
Saturday, May 28, 2022 | 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Tour inside our historic building to see the progress made so far in the renovation and revitalization of this iconic Millbrook property. Learn more about the exciting plans for the future home of Millbrook’s Community Center.
Children’s activities are planned near the bandshell to allow parents time to tour the building.
The Thorne Building is located at 3323 Franklin Avenue in the village of Millbrook. Please enter using the East doors. Open house will be held rain or shine.

UPDATE OF THE ABATEMENT WORK AT THE THORNE BUILDING:
Basement: The basement has been cleaned and is sealed from the balance of the building - it is safe to occupy the open areas.
Floors 1-3: The containment preparation work is complete.
Floor 2: Abatement work commenced 10/14/21.
The anticipated substantial completion of all interior abatement work is by, or before, 12/31/21.
